Steve Katz

Steve is a life-long serial entrepreneur and has more than 40 years of experience operating both public and private businesses. He began his entrepreneurial career in the 1970’s when co-founded two privately held businesses, one of which is still in operation today. Since then, he has held senior leadership positions with three public companies, one of which he oversaw the initial public offering.

In addition, Steve has extensive real estate experience spanning more than 30 years. His experience includes the acquisition, management and disposition of numerous commercial properties (both retail and office buildings) and residential homes, as well as the development and construction of a Long Island office building and 4 residential sub-divisions consisting of more than 60 homes.

Steve holds a BBA in finance from Hofstra University. He lives in Boca Raton and Long Island, and is the father of two children.
